Annual incentive plan
As all employees participate in Vircom’s annual incentive plan, your base salary will be supplemented by incentives that reward your efforts to sustain our company’s success. The better our performance, the greater your reward!

Group insurance benefits
Healthy employees mean productive employees! That’s why Vircom offers all employees a full range of group insurance benefits. Whether you’re single or supporting a family, Vircom will cover all employee premiums. Coverage includes:

  • medical and dental expenses
  • consultation with paramedical specialists, such as massage therapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, psychologists, naturopaths, etc.
  • additional coverage for hospital stays
  • disability (short- and long-term)
  • travel insurance

Health days
All employees are entitled to a certain number of health days. If you haven’t taken all of your health days by the end of the year, you will be reimbursed accordingly.

Employee Merit Program
All employees may nominate one of their colleagues for the Employee Merit Program. Nominees are rewarded for their outstanding contribution to the company with cash incentives. Past nominees have received up to $2,000 in incentives!
