    Subscribers to this plan may contact the general support department during normal business hours for hot fixes, patches, software upgrades, telephone and email support. Customers with anti-virus and spam protection options will also receive round-the-clock definitions updates.
  • Gold care plan: support whenever you need it
    In addition to the same basic support and continuous updates offered to Silver care plan subscribers, the Gold care plan also adds 24/7 telephone support and 30-minute guaranteed qualified call-back for emergency “system down” requests.
  • PlatinumPlus: proactive approach to ensuring your peace of mind
    PlatinumPlus, our most comprehensive service plan, goes beyond technical support. It goes beyond simply monitoring modus™ servers.
