Deployment

modusGate™ is typically deployed as a front-line email gateway. It stands in your DMZ between your corporate firewall and email server/trusted internal network. For standard installations, the database server, administration and web components can be installed on the same machine as modusGate™.

modusGate™ offers versatility and flexibility in its deployment to meet the requirements of your specific environment and to support heavier loads. The two scenarios below are the most commonly used to provide maximum security, throughput and redundancy for different sized corporations.
