Vircom Named Among Top 5 Best Email Security Solutions at SC Magazine’s 2007 US Award Gala!
Montreal, Feb. 28th, 2007—Vircom’s Modus technology once again placed as a finalist for “Best Email Security Solution” at SC Magazine’s 2007 US Awards, held this year during the RSA Conference 2007 in San Francisco. Over 350 companies competed for 28 titles in one of three categories: Reader Trust Awards, Excellence Awards and the Professional Awards. Modus technology was a finalist in the Reader Trust Awards category. Vircom’s Modus was among nearly 400 entries submitted in nine technology categories. Placement in the SC Magazine Awards program is based on voting by more than 9,000 of the publication’s readers. Winners will be announced at an awards event in San Francisco in February.
This latest accolade is only one of many that Vircom’s products have received over the years. In 2004, Vircom’s Modus technology won the SC Global Awards for Best Anti-Spam Solution and was a finalist in this same category in 2005. Similarly, SC Magazine’s Anti-Spam Solutions Review awarded its highest score – 5 stars – in its “Value for Money” category to Vircom’s ModusGate in June of 2004.
